Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders require a minimum processing time of 1-2 business days (this is not including shippping time).  All shipping is done via USPS.  Options include First Class, airmail letter post and Global priority.  Orders generally ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase date.

Q: Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
A: Yes, all payments are processed via secure (SSL) servers.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Tax will be added only to Colorado state orders.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges within 14 days of date of purchase.  All claims must be postmarked within 14 days of the received date to be eligible for exchange.  USPS will show a received date with delivery confirmation.
